Hi, I’m Ailish—your dedicated Gentle Sleep Coach, Reiki Master, and holistic sleep advocate. As a mother who homeschools and embraces conscious living, I deeply understand the importance of connection, trust, and gentle guidance when it comes to teaching children the invaluable skill of sleep.

What makes me different from other sleep consultants is my approach: I believe in meeting your child where they are, in a gentle, non-judgmental way that works for you and your family. Whether you're breastfeeding, co-sleeping, or using Montessori-inspired setups, I will work with you to find a solution that honors your parenting values while helping your child build healthy sleep habits that last a lifetime.

Having trained as a postpartum doula, I understand how overwhelming the early years can be—especially when it comes to sleep.
