If you're tired of being told how to parent, I can help!

As a Certified Gentle Sleep Consultant and Positive Parenting Coach, I offer one-on-one virtual sessions where I provide accountability, consistency, new ideas, and behavioral fading techniques. I understand how frustrating it can be to need help but have no idea where to turn. That's why my mission is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to identify the root cause of the problem, understand how to address it and develop a personalized and effective plan.

I work with parents of exclusively breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and formula-feeding babies, using a gradual modification of sleep habits that helps them stay connected to their caregivers. This approach takes a bit more time, but it's crucial for growth and brain development. By the end of our two-week contract, you'll have a better understanding of your child's needs and cues, and they'll be sleeping, playing, eating, and behaving more like themselves, fully rested and ready to learn.

I generally prefer to start formal coaching at 5-6 months old and work with children up to 5 years old. If you have a newborn (0-4 months), I offer Holistic Newborn Sleep Shaping, which you can learn more about in a 45-minute consultation call with me. Don't hesitate to reach out – let's work together to get your child the restful sleep they need!
