We can’t really “plan” our births but we can be knowledgeable of our options and state our preferences if they come up in our birth experiences. Don’t get blindsided or easily coerced! Know your stuff and have your own editable birth preference template ready or your birth team. Feel heard and respected and collaborate with your birth team to have a satisfying birth experience.
